- Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable which is 10% of your entire package depending on the destination and package you choose. This fee covers administrative costs associated with setting up your account and processing your application.
- Application and Visa Fees: We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to providing a fair refund policy. If your application is not successful or if your visa is not approved, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining amount after deducting the non-refundable registration fee.
- Refund Process: To request a refund of the application and visa fees, please contact our customer support team with your refund request and relevant documentation. Refunds will be processed within 30 business working days upon approval of your request.
- Conditions for Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only applicable for the application and visa fees, excluding the non-refundable registration fee, visa fees and certificate of sponsorship equating 30% of their entire application fee.
- Please note that customers who cancel their application mid-progress or upon completion will not be eligible for any refunds. However, in the event of an unsuccessful application or visa denial, customers may receive a 70% refund of their total fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the unsuccessful application or visa denial.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
